Building/Grounds Rental Fees

Normal Usage

Jefferson County School District, 509-J Building and Grounds Use Rental Fees

Class A

Local government and Chamber (meetings, etc., open to all), service clubs, parent clubs (funding student activities), district volunteers and coaches (activities benefitting youth-open to all)

Class B

Youth organizations charging a fee (members only), local college classes

Class C

Recreational groups, churches, others (adult groups)

Class D

Profit making groups

Kitchen - Food service staff @ $35.00/hr. (min. 2hr.)

Cafeteria/commons, gym/locker room/shower, other - Custodial staff @ $40.00/hr. (min. 2hr.)

Adventure Course - Adventure Course Facilitator @ $30.00/hr. (min 2hr.) per use

The Superintendent or his/her designee may assess a supply fee of $35.00 for the use of the district cafeteria/commons, gymnasiums and sport fields to user.

A non-refundable administrative processing fee of $10.00 will be charged Class B-D users.

Note: additional district staff time required of all users in classes C&D when using facilities on weekends. Security personnel required at all large group, profit-making (non-school supporting) events ($50.00/hr. min.). Additional fees (e.g. Hazard Fee) and restrictions may apply.
