Admission of Part-Time Private School Students
The Board desires to cooperate with parochial and/or private schools in matters of mutual benefit where not expressly prohibited by law.
Because dual enrollment can be mutually beneficial, the Board authorizes dual enrollment and authorizes the administration to develop and maintain appropriate rules and regulations. The rules and regulations must reflect the spirit of cooperation while strictly avoiding any practice expressly prohibited by law and/or which may abridge Constitutional freedom.
