Athletic Participation Fees
Grade Levels
High school athletes who make a team will be assessed participant fees.
Athletes who qualify for free or reduced school lunch may have the fee waived by submitting a Fee Waiver Application.
Fee Structure
High school fees will be $65 per sport. Parents who have paid $350 in any school year may notify the school in writing to receive a waiver on any further charges that year.
Payments
All payments will be collected in the school business office and are due prior to the first contest. Funds collected by the schools will be submitted to the district business office for use in accordance with Oregon budget law. Any parent who believes payment of the fee would create a severe hardship may apply to the Board for a full or partial waiver.
Refunds
Students who drop a sport or are cut prior to the first contest may receive a full refund. No other refunds will be allowed.
