School Year/School Calendar
1. A proposed school year calendar shall be prepared by the superintendent in consultation with district staff members. After review of the superintendent's proposal, the Board will establish the school calendar for the coming year no later than its April meeting.
2. The school year calendar shall comply with the rules and regulations of the State Department of Education.
3. The school year calendar shall include all school and legal holidays approved by the Board and the State Department of Education.
