Each motion of the Board to employ or re-employ on a contractual basis shall include at a minimum:
1. Name of the individual.
2. The position/extended duty title.
3. Employment status–permanent, temporary or probationary.
4. Starting date of employment.
The Board will give, in writing, individual notices by May 30 to all employees for whom a teaching license is not required. The Board will give, in writing, individual notices by March 15 to all employee for whom a teaching license is required.
