Continuation Coverage Health Benefits
The Board recognizes that terminating employees have the opportunity to continue medical insurance benefits per the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Acts (C.O.B.RA). The Board also authorizes the administration to prepare rules and procedures to guide the administration of reasonable continuation of insurance benefits for employees on approved leaves.
