Data Management
The Board authorizes the use of the PowerSchool data information system for creating and maintaining the full range of student records, including basic student demographics, attendance, and instructional data.
The Board authorizes the use of the Infinite Visions data information system for creating and maintaining the full range of district financial records, including general ledger, payroll, human resources, warehouse, and fixed asset data.
Data contained in the two systems above shall be considered official district records and shall be used, as needed, in fulfilling state and/or federal reporting requirements.
