JCSD Policy

The district will work cooperatively with the Confederated Tribes to increase housing availability for district staff. The district shall maintain existing district-owned housing and mobile home spaces at Warm Springs for employees of the district with rental fees set and collected by fee schedules determined by the district.

Recognizing that there are limited housing possibilities on the Warm Springs Reservation for Native Americans, it is the intent of this policy to encourage non-tribal members to live in the Warm Springs community. The Board directs the administration to develop rules and procedures in keeping with this goal.
