Safety Program
The Board authorizes the establishment of a safety and disability education program to provide a high degree of safety for students, employees and patrons of the district.
The safety program will contain plans and procedures for compliance with regulations regarding bloodborne pathogens.
The safety program will also contain guidelines for building safety and will comply with any local, state or federal safety regulations. Buildings will be provided with alarm systems, fire extinguishers and other safety devices required by state and federal laws and regulations.
The district shall endeavor to maintain accessibility by all persons to all necessary areas of its facilities. The administration shall develop and maintain plans and procedures to maintain compliance with the American Disabilities Act.
