Management Team
The district administrative management team is a deliberating and advisory body in cooperation with the superintendent.
Matters of administrative decision when timely and appropriate shall be referred to the management team by the superintendent or by a member of the team for consideration and recommendation prior to decision.
The administrative team will be represented in the negotiating process for licensed and classified employees by a team member(s) so designated by the superintendent.
The Board is committed to the administrative team concept in order to provide a broader base of information prior to the decision of the superintendent and the Board.
The following supervisory management persons are assigned as members of the administrative management team:
1. Superintendent;
2. Assistant superintendent;
3. Principals;
4. Chief Financial Officer;
5. Deputy clerk;
6. Assistant principals;
7. Directors;
8. Supervisor of buildings and grounds ;
9. Others as designated by the superintendent.
Members of the administrative management team are not subject to nor involved in the collective bargaining process and are exempt from overtime due to the administrative and supervisory nature of their employment.
